This privacy policy applies to the personal automation tools and services operated by the Chaouachi family under the chaouachi.fr domain. These are private, personal-use applications — not commercial products.

Our applications access Google services (Gmail, Calendar, Drive) solely for personal automation purposes. Specifically:

• Gmail: Read and send emails for personal notification workflows
• Google Calendar: Read calendar events for personal scheduling reminders
• Google Drive: Upload and manage personal backup files

Data Usage

All data accessed through Google APIs is used exclusively for personal automation. Data is:

• Processed locally on private infrastructure
• Never shared with third parties
• Never sold or used for advertising
• Never stored beyond what is necessary for the automation to function

Data Storage

Data is stored on privately owned and operated infrastructure (personal servers) with encrypted storage and restricted access. No cloud services beyond Google APIs themselves are used for data storage.

Third-Party Access

No third parties have access to any data processed by our applications. This is a personal, single-user system.

Data Retention

OAuth tokens are stored securely and refreshed automatically. Email and calendar data is processed in real-time and not retained beyond the immediate automation task.

Your Rights

As the sole user of these applications, the data owner has full control over all data at all times, including the ability to revoke access, delete data, or disable any automation.
